Frequently Asked Questions

Am I going to have to sit around all day waiting for a cleaner who does not show?

This would have to be the most frustrating thing for anyone who has hired anyone to do anything.  Your time is precious, you plan your day and then waste your time sitting around waiting for someone who doesn’t arrive or even give you a courtesy call to let you know they will be late.

Heath’s Window Cleaning pride ourselves on being on time, every time. If we know we are likely to be running late we let you know as soon as we know otherwise we will give you a $50 Window Cleaning Gift Certificate on the spot. You can use that straight away, save it for another day or give it to a friend

Will you do a good job?

We are so confident you will be thrilled with our work, we guarantee it!

Like all good window cleaners, we guarantee our work with a 100% No Risk Money Back Guarantee

How much will it cost to clean my house?

This is always a tricky one to answer. Everyones’ house is unique and so to give you figure here would be deceiving. Your safest bet is to ask us to come over so we can give you an obligation free quote.

When can you start?

Usually on the spot if you are happy with your quote. If that does not suit we are happy to book in a time which suits your calendar.

What kind of payment do you take?

For your convenience, we accept cash, cheque and credit card (Visa and Mastercard). See our Contact page for more details.

Is your detergent safe for the environment?

We use bio-degradable detergents in nearly all cases. How ever when glass is suffering from corrosion, we need to use harsher chemicals albeit in small quantities.

Why cant I get my windows as clean as you?

It’s all in the wrist

How often should I get my windows cleaned?

For the average home we recommend atleast twice a year for the outside and once for the inside. Regular cleaning such as this will dramatically reduce the incidence of corrosion and keep the insides clear of allergens which stick to the glass.
